Apparently catsup is acceptable, (though not recognized by my web browser's spellcheck,) and he voiced a willingness to try mild salsa recently. His palate has really "grown up" over the past year. He ate Forrest-grade spicy beans with no complaint, ate them all in fact, and I rolled a really fat one (burrito, that is,) for him. I'm impressed.
